I just wanted to let everyone know that BBA's favorite "schoolboy" has left the Midwest for Miami, where he'll be spending the next month as the "new kid" at Cocodorm.com. If you've enjoyed watching Dragon in my movies, then I'm sure you'll love this opportunity to watch him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - including scheduled solo, duo, and group shows throughout the month!

I don't think the reality of the whole thing has really struck me just yet. Dragon has been thinking about this for several months, and after many long talks with me about the pros and cons of doing something like this, he finally decided that he only lives once. Even if it turns out to be a terrible experience (which I highly doubt will be the case), at least he can say he did it!

He didn't want me to announce anything on the blog until it was official. Well, he just called me from the Fort Lauderdale airport, giddy and nervous and totally uncertain about what to expect - so I think it's pretty damn official !

Of course I have mixed emotions about the whole thing.

Part of me feels like a mother watching her child go off to college for the very first time. I'm going to miss him a hell of a lot, and I'm more than a little jealous to think of him working with another studio after appearing in my movies exclusively for over a year. And even though I know Dragon is a grown man with a good head on his shoulders, I still find myself worrying about him and hoping everything will go smoothly for him in Miami.

At the same time, I'm really excited for him and I know that he will probably end up having the adventure of a lifetime. Without a doubt, Dragon has been BBA's most popular model so far, and I've known it would only be a matter of time before he or one of my other models left BBA for bigger and better things. I actually encouraged Dragon to pursue this. As a small amateur producer working with very limited resources, I just can't give Dragon the kind of exposure that I know he deserves, and I'm confident that Flavaworks will recognize his talents and give him the kind of consistent work and publicity I just can't provide.

Earlier I mentioned that I'm a little jealous, but there's another part of me that is really eager to see Dragon in a greater variety of hardcore action scenes with new guys, including some of the very same "porn stars" I've personally drooled over in the past. I was actually an obsessive Cocodorm member myself before they re-located from Chicago to Miami, and that experience greatly influenced my own movies in many ways (I hope to share more about that in a future blog entry). So it's going to be a little bizarre (but also thrilling and arousing, I'm sure) to watch one of my own models (and someone I truly consider a friend) in a setting I was once so familiar with in the days before I began making my own movies.

Since I started composing this entry, Dragon called me on his cell from the dorm - while a live show was going on in the other room, LOL! He tells me that his first live show will be tomorrow night (Thursday).

I plan on visiting the site as much as possible to show Dragon some support and cheer him on in his shows! I'm sure he'd love to see some of his BBA fans show up to root him on as well.
