Message To The Emperor (Part 1)
As you might have guessed (since the weekend's pretty much over), there's not going to be a new scene added to the website this weekend. My ultimate goal is to bring you new movies on a weekly basis, but I'm not quite there yet, especially since most of my updates are much longer than those posted by other websites and BBA is still a one-man operation right now. To make up for the lack of an update this weekend, I thought I'd share something from my personal collection to entertain you while you wait for the next BBA scene.
Awhile back, I shared some illustrated erotica by Oliver Frey, an artist whose imagination is wickedly similar to my own and whose work I greatly admire. He fully understands how powerful and arousing themes of reluctance, resistance, corruption, and seduction can be. For most men - gay and straight, young and old - we desire most intensely the things we've been told at some point in our lives we can't possess or enjoy. The young, masculine straight boys who only crave sex with women and react with disgust, even hostility, to the idea of another man desiring them. Or the handsome virgin church-boys completely oblivious to their bodies' potential for another man's pleasure. Even the sexy, masculine "tops" who might mess around with guys "on the low" but refuse to let anyone penetrate their mouths or asses for fear it will somehow compromise their pride or manhood.
Oliver Frey understands this impulse to pursue, seduce, conquer, and/or corrupt that which is pure or forbidden, and such themes are central in most of his work. He also recognizes the erotic power of contrasts: old vs. young, rich vs. poor, white vs. black, experience vs. innocence, ugliness vs. beauty, etc., etc.
All of this and more should be obvious in the following illustrated erotic story, one of my favorites from Oliver Frey. There's some hot interracial action, but the main reason I'm sharing it is for its broader erotic themes. If it turns you on even half as much as it turns me on, you're in for a real treat!

Don't you wish someone like Alyson Publications would reprint his work? I would SO frigging buy it. I love erotic art, like Frey and Tom of Finland. Now there are new erotic gay comics being printed by a younger generation, which is cool, but I love the old stuff. Especially Frey because he's so raw, edge and explores all facets of sex.

That's a fantastic idea. I would much rather be able to, ummmmm, "admire" Frey's work in hard copy form than have to stare at it on my computer screen. Surely there must be some kind of copyright issues or other legal reasons that his work hasn't been reprinted, because I'm sure Frey's work would fly off the shelves of gay bookstores and porn shops!
