Coming Soon: The Shocking Return of....
After keeping you in suspense for the past several weeks, I can now finally reveal that D-Rel is the model whose shocking return I've been hinting about in recent blog entries!
Anyone who's been following BBA since 2009 or earlier will know what a shocking development this truly is! I've seen plenty of models come back for more scenes after swearing they were done doing porn. And as a general rule, I always try to keep hope alive and never give up on a model. When it came to D-Rel, however, I have to confess that I'd truly given up hope. I never even thought I'd *see* that beautiful boy again, let alone get him back in front of my camera!
Ever since his first (and only) "gay for pay" scene *over two years ago*, D-Rel has stubbornly refused to come back for any more scenes - even after being offered more money than I've ever paid (or even offered) any other BBA model!
He always replied to my emails with brief and bluntly sarcastic answers like "Nice try!" or "Have a nice life, bruh." When I became almost obnoxiously persistent in my pursuit, D-Rel eventually began ignoring me completely.
I never did find out exactly why he didn't want to come back. My guess was that he simply got scared and overwhelmed by his first gay encounter - and probably more than a little freaked out by his confusing reactions to the new experience.
I know that for me (and many of you), one of the most fascinating things about that scene was the way D-Rel's outward expressions of disgust and resistance were constantly being contradicted and betrayed by his BODY. His verbal and facial expressions were those of a disgusted straight boy only doing "gay" things for the money - but his rock-hard DICK always hinted at something more complicated just under the surface....
I think that whole experience confused and scared the hell out of him to the point that he chose to ignore me completely for *over two years*. I hadn't even tried to contact him in over a year! So you can imagine my shock and excitement when D-Rel suddenly contacted me completely out of the blue, hinting that he needed some money....
Now, nearly *two and a half years* since his last scene, D-Rel is back to pick up where he left off and finally answer the question we all wondered back then:

I took down the two scenes with Cortez early last year due to some unfortunate drama and extreme circumstances behind the scenes. Sorry, but I can't really go into any more detail than that.

When is the update coming?
Also please do not use the jamaican videos as part of your 3 times monthly updates. The videos are just not the same quality and the models are not always BBA standard. Who really wants to see a video with someone wearing a mask?!? I am not saying do not include jamaica in the site it should not be counted as a BBA update. I know your working hard and all that man but gotta be honest December's updates were not good.

I'm working on the update as we speak, and it should be posted within the next several days - hopefully no later than the weekend!
I agree that the latest Jamaican scenes have been somewhat disappointing, and that December was a weak month overall. I tried to explain the reasons for this in a recent blog entry. I also understand that not everyone wants to see the scenes from Jamaica. That is one of the reasons I included a question about the Jamaican content among the recent "Best of BBA (2011)" polls.
As far as the mask is concerned, I usually feel the same way, and I can't enjoy scenes unless I can clearly see the participants' faces. In Dillon's case, however, I feel like his mask still shows off enough of his strikingly handsome face for me to enjoy his performance. Plus his sexy personality, gigantic dick, and amazing ass all combine to more than make up for the mask
The Jamaican scenes still cost a lot of money to produce, AND require a lot of time and hard work to prepare, so if I decide to continue offering the Jamaican scenes from time to time, I will also continue to consider them as regular website updates, along with the rest of my scenes. I think that's fair.

Yes, dear Michael, D-Rel is an okay choice, but hands down & across the board the award truly goes to TRAE...he is unquestionably the epitome of what makes this site so attractive...
For myself, there are other models that have come close to his power, but no one has quite grasped it. By that I mean that he has the power, where if I see him in an update, I will surely renew my subscription. I almost can't explain it, but he has the perfect blend of looks & personality that just makes me plead: MORE, MORE, MORE!!!
To say that he is a fan favorite, its simply a mere understatement. Trae is your "It Boy" and I wouldn't dare try and criticize your negotiation history, but Trae should be the one that you've given your "highest offer ever" because his return will garner your most favorable return ($$$). I don't usually comment, but I would've felt unaccomplished without letting you know who the star of your show is...

If you're only going to do 3 updates a month, they need to be quality hot updates and not the Jamaican stuff IMO. Most other sites are doing at least one update a week but I understand you're a one man operation. But to keep people subscribed they need to be good updates Mike. Please bring Trae back and Tori too if possible

Thanks, Jaydee, for your enthusiastic feedback to Trae! My reaction to Lonleyman's comment wasn't meant to dismiss or devalue Trae's attractiveness or popularity as a model. I knew from the moment I first met him that Trae would be an instant fan favorite. He is easily one of the nicest and most attractive guys I've ever worked with. As you so eloquently pointed out, he has that rare combination of stunning good looks AND a great personality.
If it was up to me, Trae would have been back for dozens if not HUNDREDS of scenes by now! Unfortunately, it's never quite that simple or easy.
Just look at D-Rel - it's taken OVER TWO YEARS for him to come back! Imagine your surprise and excitement if two years from now, Trae suddenly showed up for another scene. That should give you a better appreciation for the miraculous nature of D-Rel's return!
The point I was trying to make to Lonleyman (and everyone else) is that instead of dwelling on the model who's NOT coming back (at least not yet), let's focus on the person who IS back for more, long after what most of us had assumed was his final scene!

michael i view some of the members comments concerning the jamaican updates and i feel as though they are hating on jamaica i agree to include these as regular updates diversity is good sometimes i get tired of seeing young pretty boys they are good but we need to mix it up a bit i think you are doing a good job kudos go out to dillon and the other jamaican guys who does this stuff in a country where gay is looked down on and your safety can be threatened hence the need for the mask keep on bringing me scenes with big dick dillon a real man love ya michael

Im the type of guy who visits the site often and now and then when it tickles my fancy i subscribe for a couple of months. That said i have also been around when this was just a group on google and one of the reasons for coming here IS for guys like D-rel. Reading some comments above about Trae, believe it or not i had to look up to see Trae as even though he's good looking etc. i more or less passed him over. Lets say he lacked the Xfactor for arguments sake, and i would never have joined BBA for him and I'm sure other peeps out there feel the same - again, yes he's great and all but i don't make him for what makes BBA, its like watching studio porn vs amateur, great settng and lighting and nice music, good actors and well shaven, but damn it to hell if it turns me on.
That now in the open, Michael Kudos to you for this as even though I'm silent i definitely feel you with this update, in fact i never find myself refreshing the site so damn much hoping to see that picture change. Don't let these guys put you off, D-rels worth every cent you spent and i for one will ensure you make back some of that - hats off.
RE the J'can updates - i have emailed you in the past and had a few convos some years now, and i think we spoke shortly about this. While every one seems to empathise with jamaicans, its not as bad as it is made out to be and everything needs to be taken into its context and with some local understanding of the culture at play. That said, the scenes are not that great, even though the guys are manly, the mask is a major turn off, its like fucking a paper bag. In fact as soon as i see a mask or guys who's attitude seem a deep knowledge of gay sex - which believe it or not these guys are- cue soft dick. The accent doesn't mean naivety or manly and even though translated, to those of us with better understanding it does nothing. In essence good if you like it but deserves more of an offshoot rather than a set place in your updates UNLESS they become more in line with BBA standards.
I hope i have offended no one as this is merely my and a few other persons opinions - Respect and one love Michael and all the fans

even though my subscription ended months ago, and i don't plan on coming back unless i think it's worth the fee, i do still follow the blog.
it's interesting that d-rel is back. i think he's at least bi. cute tho. i hope his mind can take it this time.
as for trae, his scenes didnt interest me. they were flat. he's straight 100%.
and i don't trust the jamaican scenes. some acting and lies going on methinks. dillon's hot though.

Thank you tynfyr....well said the reason y I think most of us come here is for guys like Trae, D-rel and others who appear str8 n do gay actions. Most of the models Mike gets are good and r easy on the eyes. As for as the Jamaican movies they can be better...I never seem to get excited for them its like watching a movie to me it doesn't feel like porn. With that being said as a paying member I would wanna waste one r two of my updates im supposed to get on those movies it just doesn't do it for me from the mask to the video quality to setting it just feels like a movie not porn...
