Although this blog is primarily devoted to my videos, from time to time I like to share random bits and pieces of gay erotica that have inspired my sexual fantasies and in some cases even influenced my own pornographic imagination and ambitions. If you’re a fan of my videos, I’m guessing that means we probably also share at least a few of the same fantasies, fetishes, “types,” etc., so hopefully some of you will enjoy these posts as well.
A few months ago I discovered Oliver Frey, an artist who created countless works of gay illustrated erotica during the 1970’s and 80’s, and I knew instantly that I’d stumbled upon one of my true erotic soulmates. The guy is an erotic genius if you ask me. His illustrations are breathtaking not only in their generous attention to detail, but also their ability to use a kind of visual shorthand to tap directly into some of my deepest and most intense erotic desires.
It’s truly uncanny how many of his recurring sexual themes and fetishes overlap with my own: younger guys, older guys with teenagers/younger guys, historical themes, rough sex, seduction/coercion, first-times/virgins, interracial, ass-eating, etc. Looking over his many works, I find myself wishing I had his talent and freedom to create erotica unencumbered by the pressures and limitations and logistics of real-life amateur porn.
Here’s a sampling from one of his works that some of you might already have seen on X-Tube (posted with permission). It tells the story of a young, innocent white bell-hop who gets “raped” by a burly black boxer and the boxer’s entourage of horny black males in a New York hotel in 1948. A word of warning: The black dialect used by some of the characters is a bit over-the-top (almost comically so) and the whole thing is pretty shamelessly “politically incorrect,” but once you get past the silliness, the narrative and images are incredibly hot (at least I think so).

I had seen pics of Oliver Frey’s work a couple of years ago for the very first time. His work is amazing! It is wonderfully pervy, erotic and HOT.

Every once in awhile you come upon animation that can give you a harder rise than any real life images can do. This is one of those times. It makes me appreciate the fine art of the cartoonist’s pen and his wicked imagination. It’s the combination of art work and willingness to entertain rough (rather than “safe” or romantic) gay fantasies that makes this really work. Hope you post more of these.
I couldn’t agree more: Give me those nasty, wicked, taboo fantasies over the safe, conventional, romantic crap any day :)! I’ve enjoyed illustrated erotica that is hotter and more memorable than 99% of the real-life porn I’ve consumed over the years. As much as I love filming semi-regular porn with real guys, I envy Frey’s creative freedom. If only real-life porn could be HALF as wicked and wild as Frey’s artwork, I’d be in heaven, LOL!
Hi Michael, I first wanted to thank you for the email you sent me. I have always thought there was nothing better than to have just finished playing sports/working out, and then dominating another guy. You would be surprised how many jocks are actually bisexual. In the old days they called it hazing when upper-classman/football players would spank/give wedgies to the freshman team. I think it has to do with the fact that in most sports guys like to compete? I agree with you completely. There are many similarities and intersections between athletics and man-on-man sex. When men have sex with men, there’s very often an adrenaline rush inspired by conquest and competition that is very similar to what one experiences in sports. So it’s no surprise that jock fantasies preoccupy the gay erotic imagination to the extent that they do. This illustrated fantasy nicely ties together these themes, and I’m glad you enjoyed it.
