Michael Galletta Counts Down BBA’s Ten Best Scenes of 2019

2019 was a big year for me, both personally and professionally. I finally left Saint Louis and moved to New York City, starting a somewhat scary but exciting new chapter of life.

Going through such a major life transition meant less time devoted to filming than usual, but thankfully Montez and Shax Carter kept everything running smoothly while much of my time and energy was consumed by the move. I’m proud to say that 2019 still turned out to be an amazing and unforgettable year overall, leaving us with plenty of new BBA classics we’ll no doubt be abusing our dicks to for years to cum 😈.

This brings me to my list of BBA’s Ten Best Scenes of 2019, the scenes which for a variety of reasons explained below are the ones that stood out from a VERY crowded pack as my proudest achievements and personal favorites from the past year:

#10. Kingston: The Next Level

In a year that focused heavily on our gay and bisexual models, this was a good, old-fashioned return to BBA’s “gay for pay” roots. The sight of a straight boy as stubborn as Kingston dropping to his knees and then slobbering and choking on dick for the very first time, will fuel my jack-off sessions for years to cum.

#8. Atlantic City Adventures: Episode Two

Every so often a shoot comes along where I just KNOW I’m witnessing porn history in the making. This was definitely one of those scenes!

And not just because it featured social media celebrity “Jah” in his official gay porn debut, or because it proved Scuba to be a young star in the making, but because it was quite honestly one of the most intensely and authentically erotic encounters I’ve ever had the privilege of filming.

#7. Atlantic City Adventures: Episode Four

Technically my first time back behind the camera after moving to New York City, this was the scene that reassured me I hadn’t lost my porn mojo. Of course it’s hard to go wrong with instant chemistry and performers as hot and sexy as this!

Not sure what they put in that New Jersey water lol, but Jah proved himself to be a bona fide “porn star” right out of the gate, and Dominic delivered what is arguably his most passionate and verbal topping performance thus far. #6. Revenge Is Sweet

What would a BBA Top 10 list be without at least one “revenge” scene making the cut lol?

At least that’s what I THOUGHT this scene was supposed to be. But as the scene title pretty much gives away, this turned out to be a victimless vengeance 😉 .

Arguably BBA’s breakout “bromance” of the year, the chemistry between Ross and Trapp was both believable and intense, needing very little coaching or direction from me. And the fact we got to film part of their encounter OUTSIDE was another fun and exciting BBA “first”!

#5. Personal Trainer

Not since I “took down” Isaiah have I been this proud and excited about getting a reluctant straight boy to BEND OVER and take a dick up his ass! (The dramatic trailer should have been your first clue lol).

Website Update: The Return of Ross (Part Two)

In 2015, Ross skyrocketed to the top of the BBA charts with his outgoing personality and addictive charm. And even though he only appeared in five scenes, he quickly became one of the most beloved and requested “gay for pay” models in BBA history.

But just as he was starting to make a name for himself and try some new things, Ross disappeared on us completely. No replies to our emails, calls, texts – NOTHING.

Despite getting off to an admittedly rocky start during its first couple months, 2018 still turned out to be an incredible year here at BBA. And based on my excruciating struggle just to narrow down this list to ten scenes, I think it could very well be our BEST year so far!

Even as we tried to mix things up and experiment with new creative directions (more content from director Shax Carter, more focus on “special guests” than usual, etc.), we still tried to deliver the kind of good, old-fashioned, unscripted amateur scenes that are such a familiar and beloved part of the BBA brand – including some truly unforgettable BBA classics that we’ll all be watching and talking about for years to come.

This brings me to my list of BBA’s Ten Best Scenes of 2018, the scenes which for a variety of reasons explained below are the ones that stood out from a VERY crowded pack as my proudest achievements and personal favorites from the past year:

#10. Meeting Mikey

Some of you will no doubt be surprised to see a SOLO scene make my list of favorite scenes for the very first time since I started posting these lists.

But thanks to Shax Carter’s skilled direction and beautiful cinematography elevating Mikey Piper‘s natural charisma and striking good looks, this solo packed in more breathless eroticism and nutt-draining visual stimulation than most action scenes!

From the steamy shower strip-tease to the most epic cum-shot in BBA history, this scene was a master class in solo gay erotica at its spellbinding best.

#9. Taming Trapp

I’m almost embarrassed to think of just how many “nutts” I’ve already bust to this scene, and it deserves a spot on this list for that reason alone.

Oddly enough, one of the moments I find myself watching over and over again is Trapp sticking his reluctant face in both of his co-stars’ butts and eating male ass for the very first time.

What started out as an aggressive “revenge” scene took some unexpected twists and turns to become one of our most tender and passionate pairings of the year.

#7. A King Conquered

Didn’t think anything (or anyone) could challenge Bandit’s “bromance” with Manny until this scene with King Ant came along! Nothing I’d witnessed in their off-camera interactions could have prepared me for the shockingly explosive chemistry on display in this scene.

#6. Detroit After Dark: Manny In The Middle

A return to BBA’s roots with the kind of spontaneous, sparely edited scene I used to film back in the good ol’ days of the BBA Futon, this scene had me harder than I think I’ve ever been during a shoot! And let’s just say editing without “interruptions” proved to be quite a challenge 😉 .

Much like Saint‘s training session with Apollo several years earlier, this turned out to be one of the steamiest sessions between “straight” guys that I filmed all year.

Saint once again shined in the role of “gay for pay” mentor, unleashing a freaky side of Dominic we’d only seen glimpses of in his earlier scenes, and proving once again that you don’t always need hardcore action for a scene to earn multiple “nutts”!

Website Update: I Don’t Do This!

This scene reunites Stylez and Saint for the very first time since they briefly met at our Christmas Party almost two years ago.

Website Update: Dominic – The Next Level

But as Dominic admits near the start of this scene, “Money definitely talks!”

There’s no denying that 2017 was one wild roller-coaster ride of a year, both personally and professionally. But even with its many ups and downs, and an update schedule that was admittedly all over the map at times as a result, I’m relieved and proud to be able to say that 2017 still turned out to be a pretty damn AMAZING year overall, leaving us with some truly unforgettable BBA classics that we’ll be watching and talking about for years to come.

Which brings me to my list of BBA’s Ten Best Scenes of 2017, the scenes which for a variety of reasons explained below are the ones that stood out from a VERY crowded pack as my proudest achievements and personal favorites from the past year:

#10. New York Nights: Monster Smash

It may surprise some of you to see our Halloween Party show up on this list. But I honestly had no choice BUT to include this scene when I realized just how many times I’ve “enjoyed” it in my free time 😉 .

There’s just something about seeing sexy straight basketball player Isaiah turned into the scene’s “bitch” as he’s aggressively TAG-TEAMED and stuffed with raw dick at both ends, that gets me EVERY single time. The Detroit trilogy was definitely the highlight of BBA’s summer, and one of my proudest achievements all year. But if I had to choose just one of the three scenes that best captured the humor, spontaneity, and sexual energy that defined the weekend of our very first public appearance at Hotter Than July Detroit Pride, this scene would be it.

From the new “reality TV” style editing that shared an intimate and entertaining peek at some of the personalities, laughter, and fun taking place behind the scenes, to the thrilling sight of popular actor turned “porn star” Rico Pruitt submitting to a merciless pounding from Bandit‘s raw dick, this scene had everything you could ever want from a summer porn blockbuster 😉 .

#6. Scotty: The Next Level

This just might go down as one of the most shocking and satisfying “conquests” in BBA history – and that’s including scenes where the straight guy has actually “gone all the way”! What Scotty ends up doing by the end of this shoot was almost UNTHINKABLE when he showed up for his first shoot, and even heading into THIS shoot, I had no idea it would happen.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more wrong about a scene than I was about this one right after we filmed it. The shoot itself was extremely long, stressful, and pushed my patience to its near breaking point. I even had serious doubts about whether BBA’s viewers would like Trapp. Boy, was I wrong!

Not only did Trapp turn out to be the breakout “gay for pay” star of last year, but over time I’ve gradually grown to appreciate this scene for what it truly is: one of the most hilarious, unpredictable, and thoroughly ENTERTAINING scenes of the year!

From the comical bickering and flirtatious banter between these two real-life straight friends from the ‘hood, to the shocking ways they expand and test the limits of that friendship before the night’s over, this was one of those special scenes that had us stroking our dicks and laughing out loud at the same time!

Website Update: Training Trapp

Trapp seemed a bit overwhelmed after his first time with a guy, and I’m sure the fact that it had been with one of his closest friends didn’t make things any easier for him. He even tells us near the start of this scene that due to the awkwardness and stress of that whole situation, he and Scotty actually avoided each other for almost a full month after that shoot!

Suspecting that the understandably uncomfortable social dynamics of that initial encounter had inhibited Trapp’s true porn potential, I decided to try a different approach this time by pairing Trapp with an old pro like Saint in the hopes that a more experienced and open-minded straight model could help make him more comfortable with the idea of doing “gay for pay” scenes and hopefully unleash the sexy straight thug’s inner freak!

After a brief interview in which Trapp shares his honest reactions to that first encounter and listens to some helpful advice from his veteran trainer, we decide to try something a little bit different and kick things off with some naked wrestling (with baby oil this time).

Website Update: That’s A First
